Major repairs of the gas processing plant
at the Tengizskoye field

Since 2001, we have been cooperating with Tengizchevroil LLP in the overhaul of the gas processing plant at the Tengizskoye field.

Introduction

The Tengiz field, one of the largest in the world, plays a key role in the energy sector. Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the gas processing plant on its territory is an important task to maintain the stability and efficiency of the processes.

Our company contributes annually to improving the productivity and safety of the plant by participating in major repairs. This process includes the replacement of key components, equipment upgrades, and the introduction of new technologies.

Our company has been actively involved in the project for more than 20 years, providing full-fledged support and the necessary resources for the successful completion of the work.

Installation and dismantling of equipment:

Performing accurate and safe operations to replace old equipment with new ones.

In 2024, Tengizchevroil's (TCO) Integrated Process Lines successfully completed major repairs at the plant, including the dismantling and installation of a reboiler using a 200-ton crane.

These works included careful preparation, planning and coordination of all stages of lifting and moving the equipment. The use of a 200-ton crane made it possible to safely and efficiently perform all necessary operations, minimizing risks and ensuring high accuracy of tasks.
