The company started with the long-term contract with catering company “Allied Support” and “Universal Sodexho Eurasia” (subcontracting for food supply for TCO Canteens) in Tengiz from 1998 and gradually developed and expanded its field of activities.
The company has long-term experience in lifting operations.
"Bissengaliy Crane" participated in Karabatan onshore projects from 2008 to 2010, in Uralsk city at the field Chinarevskoe in 2008 and at the fields in Aksai city in 2010.

Since 2001, we annually participate in Tengiz Oil & Gas Treatment Plant Turn around providing cranes and other special equipment of different lifting capacity for Tengizchevroil General Maintenance and Turn Around / Special Projects Departments.
PE “Bissengaliyev” provided 50T "Tadano" Cranes and French-Italian make 60T “PPM” crane, “Liebherr” cranes from 50 Tons up to 120 Tons lifting capacity for Tengiz Plant Turn Around – 2002 and 2008.
During the Plant Turn around it was involved in various activities such as replacement of incinerator burner, Reactor Catalyst replacement, removal and installation of Heat Exchanger Tube Bundles, removal & installation of Pumps, Block Valves, Pressure Relieve Valves and blinding & de-blinding of pipelines, replacement of pipeline sections etc.
Together with “Arctic Construction” Company, our company also took part in the Rig Movement activities of Tengizchevroil & “Parker Drilling” in 2002-2006 providing lifting/rigging services.
In 2003 “Tengizchevroil” implemented the biggest Turn Around work of the Plant since the formation of the Joint Venture and the Private Entrepreneur “Bissengaliyev” participated in it by providing 90T, 60T and 50T Cranes with high skilled crane operators and slingers for the Plant Turn Around-2003 and for General Maintenance to perform reconstruction work of Gas Turbine Station. It was a great challenge for everybody, especially for the young company like “Bissengaliyev” where it proved its competency to perform all required work timely and in strict compliance with safety requirements.
The company used to provide cranes to Second Generation Plant (SGP) \ Sour Gas Injection (SGI) Projects jointly with local companies, like “TengizNefteStroy”(TNS), “ChemiMontazh”, “NefteStroyService”(NSS) etc. from the initial period of construction.
Currently the company can offer 15 cranes of the different load lifting capacity for any lifting jobs. All the necessary documents, such as, certificates of conformity, expert opinion on the conformity of cranes with the requirements of industrial safety, passports of boom mobile cranes, permission to use the import boom mobile cranes in the Republic of Kazakhstan, are available.
Full and partial technical inspection of cranes performed timely with the records in the passport of the cranes. The company has a contract for the supply of spare parts from the manufacturer and repair companies in Europe (Netherlands and Germany).
We strive to take part in any construction, reconstruction, modification works in the Plant, Off-Plot and Field Operations and in construction of the Future Growth Plant and other construction works of Atyrau and Western Kazakhstan areas, where cranes and other special equipment are required.
